Mrs. V had been in contact with one of our sales reps who had been leading her thru the process and answering all her questions about solar. When Mrs. V and her husband were ready we had them sign the Request for a Site Assessment which lets us know that they are ready to go. We sent over the Credit Application for them to fill out on their own time. We don’t pressure you, the homeowner, into running their credit until you are ready. Once everything was in line we came onsite to measure the roof and inspect their electrical setup.
As always we knock on the door to let the homeowner know we are onsite before we get on your roof. Mrs. V answered the door holding her phone and let me know if was another solar install who she wan’t using telling her what a big mistake she was making by not using them. I could tell she was not happy with this phone call. Afterwards we discuss the call and I assured her that Texas Solar Guys is state licensed, we are heavily insured, General Liability, Workers Comp, and Bonded.
Texas Solar Guys is not a huge nationwide company. We are a great local Solar Installer. When you deal with us directly we can offer you excellent pricing that beats all others. We don’t cold call, and we don’t buy leads. When you call our main number you will be speaking with me the owner of Texas Solar Guys.
Needless to say the system was installed quickly, 2 days, and since it was with Oncor outside city limits and the permission to operate was received before the install day we were able to leaving the system running. The System is made up of 39 – Q-Cell 325 watt solar panels with a 11.4KW SolarEdge Power Optimizer inverter.
We are happy to have Mr. and Mrs. V as our customers and look forward to helping out all their friends and neighbors go solar.
